Kayla Joy Photography: Pumpkin Carving with Londyn & Kaden

It rained all day.. And mom told me that I needed to carve a pumpkin with my nephew Kaden. This was exciting because I had never carved one before in my entire 19 years of living. Yep. Never done it.. So I went over to my brother's house and asked Kaden, "Have you ever carved a pumpkin before?" (hoping he'd say no!), and he told he did! His mom (my brother's wife) even told me that they usually carve one every year. HA! I had a deprived childhood. (;

I'm always sad that I don't get photos taken of me, but it wasn't possible that day when I carved our pumpkin. It would have been something to remember and I could have shown my kids someday. I hope I marry someone who's willing to do that.. You know.. take photos of me doing stuff here and there just for the heck of remembering it! Oh well.

Enjoy the few pictures that I did take! I've got to say now that I've finally carved a pumpkin, it's one of my new favorite things!! I can't wait to carve another! (:
